How can I prevent Yahoo!Geocities from destroying the display of my pagewhen JS is on?

At my website

http://de.geocities.com/quhno/gans/index.html

I work with a "shine trough" fixed background. If I enable JS, the shine
trough effect is gone. After opening the source and deleting the inserted
Y!Geo crap, everything works fine again. If I remember right, it worked
with older versions of Opera, but I am not shure.

Can anybody give me a hint, how to solve the shine through problem without
killing the Y!Geo crap?

The CSS is at:
http://de.geocities.com/quhno/2007/css/quhno.css
and @import at:
http://de.geocities.com/quhno/2007/css/quhno2.css

BTW: I hate to say it, but it works with IE7...
