Detach a tab and make it a new window?

Is there any way to "detach" a tab and make it a separate window in
Opera for Mac? On Linux, I can right-click on a tab title and one of
the options is "detach." On Windows, I can just click and drag the tab
off of the window and drop it on the desktop. Neither of these seem
to work on Mac. I've tried this on O 9.6x and 10.00 alpha.
