It didn't work for me.
I tried installing 11 on Win 98 SE. Set up immediately
aborted with the message Opera_1100_en_setup.exe linked to
the missing export kernel32.dll:GetUserDefaultUILanguage
I have seen other posts that say 11 does work with 98.
How do you get it to work?

For this is not FireFox that you have to have KernelEx to run the Pug-ins!
KernelEx Will not help on this!
For in the old Version of Opera
they put Third parties Software in the System of 98
SQLite

(MySpell) and (Hunspell) and it all work it IE6 cool
OpenSSL and it works Thank you Opera

And of it Runs and works on Win 98 with not KernelEx!

Back up Opera 10.63 to a New Folder and move it too Desk Top!
Click Install Now
Closed Opera 10.63
Start Opera 11
It will not up date on win 2000
Go to Opera.com Download 11OO_en_Setup.exe
Click save to Desk Top
Close Opera 10.63
Click install
Opera 11
Accept and Upgrade

Restart
Go to Win 98 side see if I can run the 2000 there
The E\PROGRAM FILES\ OPERA\OPERA.EXE
file expects a newer version of Windows.
Upgrade your Windows version.
