Are there any comparable toolbars for Opera that mimic or compare to
the Google/ Alexa Toolbars? I like some of those function such as
Google's "find in page" option (i.e. site: abc.com charlie)

I also like the related button on Internet Explorer. Is there a
similar pages/related links option in opera?

No. Apparently Opera does not have an externally accessible API these
toolbars can use.

Yes, in the 'Navigation' menu. You can easily add it to any toolbar witha
little hacking of toolbar.ini

You can use bookmarklets for that purpose. On
http://www.philburns.com/bookmarklets.html you will find the bookmarklet
'Search this domain'. It is used like a normal bookmark, so you can put it
on the personal bar.

Opera does not do IE toolbars as you know. In some cases that is a
very good security decision. You will want to look at "Panels" for the
Hotlist as an alternative I think.

Search at Google "opera+panel" and "google+opera+panel" (GASP)

Look at:
http://my.opera.com/customize/panel/

and you may find workable tools for your use in Opera.
