Hi all,
The pop up button description does not pop up when I move the arrow over the email buttons. it works as expected in the main Opera tool bar.
Is this a bug or it is meant to be so...?

Yep, no popups on the buttons over in the Hotlist window (Hotlist, E-mail,
Contacts) or in the E-mail Inbox. I don't recall whether or not popups
appeared in the E-mail Compose window (not on my home machine with Opera at
the moment), and I haven't looked at the News window yet.

That in the News window is ok.
