Making the bookmarks toolbar global

Hi all,

In previous versions of Opera (linux) I had the personal toolbar with some
bookmarks and search fields, and it was a "global" bar that belonged to the
window, and not to the page.

Now I have updated Opera to 11.01 and the personal toolbar has become the
bookmarks toolbar. That's OK, I don't mind the name. But it also has become
page-specific. The text in the search fields is different in every page, and
the toolbar stays inside the page when I "de-maximize" it.

I liked the old behaviour better, is there a way to make the bookmarks
toolbar "global", like the main toolbar is?
