Personal Bar Management

Sorry if this is a double post. This is my first post here.

I loved that all I had to do is add a link the the "Links" folder in IE,
then I could access it in the Link bar. If I wanted to easily sort it, I
would just sort the Links folder under Favorites. How can I manage the
Personal Bar links more easily?
