9.63 issues.

In December I upgraded from 9.02 to 9.63 using 'keep existing
settings'. It didn't work - I lost my history, bookmarks and
toolbars.

Fortunately managed to restore them from a backup.

Until yesterday clicking on any image opened that image.
Now clicking any image immediately brings up the "Save As" dialog box.

According to 'help' that should only happen if you press CTRL.

What could have changed?
