What is the file that controls the list of style choices that you get at
the bottom of the dropdown list of the "Author Mode" button in a toolbar?

I have a particular CSS file that I like for emphasising table borders,
which I usually add as "Show Table Borders", but I've forgotten the file
that I have to update. I have a copy of my old system (where I had made
the change) but I'm struggling to find the file.

In the first section there, the link
http://www.opera.com/support/usingopera/stylesheets/index.dml is
generating "Address not found".

However, I'd discovered that copying my css file into the \styles\user
directory under the opera directory in my "Application Data" was all
that I needed to do — Opera found the name "Show Table Borders" in the
comment at the top.
