html newsgroup post in O 10.10 RC

when I start a new newsgroup post, I cannot choose the "Use HTML
Formatting" option on top of the window.
The plain text option is activated, but cannot be changed. That is good I
suppose.

However, the context menu does allow me to choose HTML formatting.
Doing so, changes the actived radio button on top to the HTML Formatting
one.
Why this inconsistency, not being able to switch with the buttons, but
being able to switch using the context menu?

Bug. I don't think I've seen a report for it, could you file one at
http://bugs.opera.com/wizard/ ?
