9.5 and zipfldr.dll

I'm running 9.50 build 9603 on Windows XP. I have the system-wide ZIP
handler set to "c:\windows\system32\zipfldr.dll". When I try to have
Opera open a .zip download, it fails telling me that it can't open the
app. Older Opera versions have worked fine.
