updatemgr: Verification failure

Dear openxt Team,

I am working on openxt dunfell, I have set up the synchronizer and the openxt device. 

The Only thing is that I am not having any real update in the update.tar ...It is made up of the same filesystem dom0 config etc of the original openxt device.Only have stepped down the version so it is openxt device is downloading the update.tar. 

I am facing this error. Any suggestions?

Your update.tar may only be signed by the DEV certificate and you'll
need to change
/config/repo-cert.conf to:
ALLOW_DEV_REPO_CERT='true'
