Cherry Secure Keyboard with USB cert auth

Anyone heard of this German keyboard, or competing products? It apparently has certificate authentication, along with a smart card and NFC reader. Looks like proprietary firmware and OS (Windows, Mac, Linux) drivers, rather than an implementation of USB-c auth standard. Since Cherry has a thriving mechanical keyboard business, it's available in retail channels.
