Hello,

Am using OXD server v1.6. I would like to view the responses. I see a warning that 'WARNING: unprocessed data' .

How am I meant to solve this so I can export the data for further use? I have looked at the manual. I seem to have missed out on something important.

Will be nice to get your input.

Regards,
Simon.

Hi Simon,

You can click on Admin button, and then click on 'Manage Unprocessed Data'. Here, you will see the list of unprocessed items, you can select all and process them, or click on Process All button to process whatever records have not been exported by the export task.

Regards,
Raghu

Dear Simon

'WARNING: unprocessed data'  is alert which indicates that data has not been exported to the database due to some invalidity in data or connection error at the point of data export, it could be because of database schema mismatch with data which has to be processed.

As indicated by Raghu you can go to "Manage Unprocessed data" and reprocess them.

If you still have data which is not processed, kindly check your catalina or openxdata logs where you can identify the reason for data not being processed. You can then edit the data based on the logs and reprocess.

Regards
Swetha

Hello Raghu and Swetha,

Many thanks. Reprocessing seems not work well on the UI. Am taking a look at the tomcat/openxdata logs.

Thanks for this. This is useful info.

Regards,
Simon.

The log is providing more details. I have create a user 'test'@'localhost' for the RdmsDataExportTask

Hi Simon,
You do not necessarily have to create a user test@localhost. You just have to set the database credentials for the  RdmsDataExportTask in the properties file.

The exporter properties you should look at are :
exporter.url
exporter.username
exporter.password

which should normally be the same as the credentials openxdata is using the connect to the database.

Regards,
Ronald
