Hi,

As far as I know this is an ODK feature which  enables multiple prompts(plus responses I think) per screen.

If you are using the OpenXdata J2me mforms client. This is not supported. However the web form runner uses this layout by default.

Hi,

There is one alternative that would give you somewhat same effect.

In the J2ME mForms client the user can through the settings choose whether to view one question at a time, or the page by page approach (which is somewhat similar to the ODK-feature you refer to).
