On milestone naming

While we're at it, I just wanted to mention that the reason I previously named the milestones Server-X was that I knew we'd run into issues like I described before and I was planning ahead so it would be evident when we hit it. I notice that the naming was changed in my absence, but at this point, hopefully it's evident what I was anticipating.

Hi Brent, there were confusions around it being called server, while it was in reality multiple projects (as you discussed in your other email today).

The renaming was intended to make it clearer that the milestone was a general openXdata milestone – and that at some point we would split into separate milestones for each separately released component.

Now that we have separate milestones for mforms and oxdforms,
I’ve renamed the milestones for server back from openXdata 1.8.1 / 1.9  to server-1.8.1 / 1.9.
