Hey all,

if anyone wonders what the story is with semver following the nuget 1.6 release, I'm happy to report that the transitioning to semver is complete. I'm in the middle of refactoring the resolver and package manager, both to add the resolver to the preloader components (so that everything resolves the same way, always) and to make sure the resolver is able to make decisions on the package (using an extensibility point in the reosolver to provide a "strategy" that makes the selection between available packages).

Once htat is done and the associated commands have been updated with a -pre flag, and the nuget import has been updated, we'll be all good to release that and have full support for everything.
