runas administrator and resharper plugin

Hi,

When UAC is enabled, and running Visual Studio as administrator (for
debugging a windows service), the ReSharper plugin is not being
loaded.
Is there a way to make this work?

There should be a patch for this next week. There's too many scnearios to test that don't work together (a pain in the arse!) when you introduce admin.
