The Second Milestone!

Hi guys,

Well done on reaching the first milestone! I think taking things in
small steps like this works better than looking at the huge task ahead
of us and feeling a little overwhelmed.

With the completion of the first milestone, I've created the second
milestone. Once again, it's not a huge amount of work, and a lot of
the stuff I have assigned to myself I'll just copy and paste from
Project HQ ;-) I've set our "deadline" for the second milestone to the
end of May, so we have plenty of time to get things done.

Just a note: for some ARB reason, I somehow managed to edit a pre-
existing task list and add the database setup tasks to it. I'll fix it
in due course, but for the moment just bear with me!

Also, I will be away from Monday to Sunday next week (the 20th to the
26th of April), so I won't really be online (I might be able to pop on
from time to time, but no guarantees!).
