Upgrading to Pylons 0.9.7

Hi all,
With the pending release of Pylons 0.9.7, which is *not* backwards
compatible with 0.9.6.x, we need to upgrade openworship to 0.9.7.
The good news is that because we're very early in development, the
changes we need to make are going to be minimal. For more info on what
has changed and what needs to be done to upgrade, look at:

RC2 is currently in PyPI, which means that if you simply run
"easy_install -U Pylons" you will get the upgraded version.
