worship-archive user and password

Some of you may have downloaded the code for the original "worship-
archive" program. The SQL file for populating your database did not
include a default user and password. For some, this might not have
posed a problem. At any rate, I have uploaded a new "table_create.sql"
file that contains a default user of "admin" and a default password of
"password".

Sorry for any problems this may have caused anyone.
