Geppetto 0.1.7 released and more on the OpenWorm weekly round-up!

Geppetto 0.1.7 was released in the past few days and can be found here. This release includes several performance improvements, new widgets to explore the content of the simulation, an improved console and many bug fixes. The live deployment of Geppetto can be accessed at http://live.geppetto.org.
