Upcoming tasks for movement validation

Hi all,

   Except for a little cleaning here and there we've finished translating the feature code from the Schafer lab. Now it's time to move onto something new! I've started a document including some of my thoughts on what we're thinking about doing next. Feel free to flush it out or to provide feedback. Unlike the Github issues, this is meant to provide a quick overview of what we're planning on working on next. Eventually these things could be flushed out into issues (some already are).
