Geppetto build problem

Hi all,

I'm new to Geppetto, so I'm not sure that what I'll describe below is something worth opening an issue on github.

When I tried to build Gepptto from scratch (using this instruction: http://docs.geppetto.org/en/latest/osxlinuxsetup.html) I faced with problem with org.geppetto.neuroml dependencies:

HEAD commit of org.geppetto.model.neuroml: 8457d408e6086fe671a80b3abb590daad3106c5b

I tried to bypass the problem by downloading and building org.neuroml.model and org.neuroml.model.injectingplugin manually but it didn't help me much. If you get these packages from github, their versions are higher than required ones (1.3.1 for both, AFAIR) and 1.3.1 doesn't seem to fit the org.geppetto.model.neuroml (there were some build errors).

The only way to fix this problem I found is to download a zip archive with Geppetto binaries and copy org.neuroml.model.injectingplugin and org.neuroml.model from there to proper directories in ~/.m2 

Has anyone else faced with this issue?

Hi Dan,

The JARs file not being resolved (org.neuroml.model:org.neuroml.model:jar:1.2.1, org.neuroml.model.injectingplugin:org.neuroml.model.injectingplugin:jar:1.0.1) are available in https://github.com/openworm/org.geppetto.maven/tree/mvn-repo which is our maven repository and is included in the pom.xml. Can you post the full log of mvn install? It is working on many systems, I wonder why this is causing you problems.
