Extrasynaptic connectivity

Hi all,

It was a few years ago that I met some of you and mentioned our work on extrasynaptic connectivity: well, here it is!

Getting this data (some of the expression data is above and beyond what wormbase has) into PyOpenWorm would be a valuable way of making it accessible to the world. Furthermore, giving PyOpenWorm the capability to get the putative extrasynaptic connectome (monoamine and/or neuropeptide) would be great, and possibly not too difficult.

I haven't been able to put the hours in myself yet but now the paper's out I've raised an issue for the extrasynaptic connectome method (https://github.com/openworm/PyOpenWorm/issues/281) and added the paper to the backlog of expression data to be checked in (https://github.com/openworm/PyOpenWorm/issues/274).
