Dear all,
I want to have 2 openwisp servers in my network to obtain redundancy. How should I configure my access points to communicate with both of them simultaneously.
As we register the AP, we give url of the openwisp in /etc/config/openwisp file inside AP:
#option url 'https://192.168.1.51'
but since we want to have 2 openwisp servers, both running on different ip addresses, how will we configure our access point to communicate with both?

Best Regards,
Sailaja

Hi all,
Did anyone find solution for the above problem scenario?
Whether it is feasible to monitor the health of access point on two openwisps simultaneously?
Eagerly waiting for any response.

Thanks & Regards
Jack

You can distribute an OpenWISP instance on multiple hosts as long as they use the same DB or replicated DBs.
I do not recommend trying to use two different OpenWISP instances with different databases on the same device.
