Question about templates

Hello everyone. I realized that with Openwisp only one template can be run for each organization. In fact, according to the documentation, to correctly configure the ap of an organization I created, I needed to create at least 4 templates:
- a Generic type for the time zone
- one for configuring push updates using secure ssh access
- one of the Radio type
- one of the Interface type
As soon as I created these templates, basically only the first one was applied. Only when I created a single template that contained all 4 configurations within it, did I notice that everything was applied.
Do you give me confirmation of this behavior? Is it possible to do otherwise?

You can create any template you want. Either one in which you put everything, or multiple templates that you combine as you need, depending on your needs.

A template can be shared, that is, available (for read) to all orgs or can be tied to a specific org.

Once you create the templates, you have to assign them to your devices, they do not get applied automatically.

In the "Configuration" tab of the device, there's the list of templates with checkboxes to check/uncheck, reorder via drag and drop as described in the documentation page dedicated to Templates, which I suggest you read fully if you haven't already.
