Issue in installing openwisp2 server

I team members,

                           After long time, I'm trying to install the latest version of openwisp2 on linux server from my local laptop using ansible.openwisp2 method.

Ansible_version = ansible [core 2.12.3]

Python version = 3.9.6

When I run the playbook in my laptop am getting this error in this part:

till this path ran successfully after that am facing issue

RUNNING HANDLER [openwisp.openwisp2 : migrate timeseries database] *****************************************************************************************************************************************

Could you any one help, why am I getting this error when installing openwisp2.
