Ansible-openwisp2: Health Status and configuration

Hi,

I have Ansible-openwisp2 installed using document https://github.com/openwisp/ansible-openwisp2#install-ansible and both Openwisp and Device are in same network.

I have couple of questions as we facing issues mentioned below-

1. Despite the device being successfully registered, Health Status of that device always shows 'UNKNOWN'. As i read in document that whenever a new device is created it will have UNKNOWN as it's default Heath Status.
    But how can we fix Health Status to be 'OK' in ansible-openwisp2. If your suggestion is to set OPENWISP_MONITORING_MANAGEMENT_IP_ONLY = False then where and how to set?

2. Need a example of how to create a virtual interface using ansible-openwisp2.

3. Not able to create VLAN 8021q interface, there is no option showing for interface type 8021q. Available options are ethernet, virtual, loopback, other only.
    when we use below configuration in raw json-
  {
    "interfaces": [
      {
        "type": "8021q",
        "name": "eth0",
        "mtu": 1500,
        "vid": 1
      }
    ]
  }

getting error and its error snaps: 
  .interfaces[0].type  should be equal to one of: "wireless"
  .interfaces[0].type  should be equal to one of: "bridge"

 

And

Directory structure with file:

~/.ansible/roles/openwisp.openwisp2/templates/openwisp2$ ls

asgi.py  

celery.py  

__init__.py  

routing.py  

settings.py  

urls.py  

wsgi.py
