[New Feature] WHOIS Information and IP Address-Based Geolocation

Hello everyone,

I’ve opened a pull request to introduce WHOIS functionality to OpenWISP, developed as part of GSoC 2025. This feature retrieves WHOIS information for a device’s last reported IP and generates an approximate geolocation, helping provide clearer insight into network activity.
