We are mentoring a student that is based in Herat, Afganistan. If you know current news you already know where I'm going.

Because taliban took over the city yesterday there is a huge risk he wont be able to get back online anytime soon. To be honest I'm astonished how much he was able to accomplish when during the whole GSoC his country was under the siege. 

I have 2 questions:

- his performance was great and even though most probably next week he won't be able to do anything, he should pass. Now, problem is that if he won't be able to get back online, he won't be able to do the "clicking" in GSoC UI to do final submission. What options do we have here?

- beyond GSoC. Do you know what are the options to get him and his family out of the country?
