Hey Folks,

In case anyone missed it, StatusNet (the software that James demoed at our meetup) announced OStatus on Thursday. It's a specification that ties together Activity Streams, PubSubHubbub, Salmon and WebFinger for distributed social networking. Really, really interesting stuff if you ask me. Check it out!
