OpenWayback 2.3.2 and Web Archive Commons 1.1.8 Releases

OpenWayback 2.3.2 has been released. This is a bug fix release. For details please see http://iipc.github.io/openwayback/2.3.2/release_notes.html.

OpenWayback 2.3.2 can be downloaded from http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/netpreserve/openwayback/openwayback-dist/2.3.2/openwayback-dist-2.3.2.tar.gz.

This version includes an updated webarchive-commons 1.1.8 dependency that is on Maven Central at http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/netpreserve/commons/webarchive-commons/1.1.8/.
