Ground Effect Affect the Propeller Analysis

Hello, Everyone

I'm doing a project in Propeller and Rotor Analysis in OpenVSP. There is one issue, that is whenever I toggle the Z above Gnd [Ground Effect] to analysis while doing the propeller analysis there are some random spikes in all the unsteady values. I can't fix this issue. If anybody have a solution for this problem, kindly reply I don't know what to do.
