P, Q, R Analysis

Good afternoon,

I am working on an airship and I am trying to understand how does the P, Q, R analysis works, I did run a P analysis on my model through VSPAERO and so in the end I got data of multiple coefficient like Cd or CL depending on the time and I was wondering what does those values are ? like how are they measured ? Is there any documentation on how to extract the values of the aerodynamic coefficient from those data ? Is the data we got allows me to extract the different terms of the aerodynamic coefficient (for example Cdp, CLq) depending on the analysis done ? What do they represent ? 

Sorry to ask that much question, I am just a bit lost with all those data and I don't know how to interpret them.
