Yes there is.
You can control fuselage tessellation on a per-segment basis, so a
single global slider is not available.
On the 'XSec' tab, navigate to the cross section _after_ the area you
want to increase resolution. Then, there is a Num_U parameter.
Increase that and see if it does what you want.
Note that the underlying mathematical surface is unchanged by the
tessellation. So, if you export to STEP, IGES, or generate a CFDMesh,
the tessellation doesn't matter.
However, the tessellation does drive the visualization quality and
also some of the computations based from the on-screen wireframe
(CompGeom most notably).
