propeller reverse engineering

i am trying to reverse engineering a propeller , i have slice it into sections user aerosandbox to get the characteristics of every section then i entered every section data manually into open VSP  then exported the results and compared them
whatever i do the two blades don't match with each other
can someone give me any ideas

You likely need to adjust the 'Construct X/C' value.  Try 0.25 instead of 0.5.
