shaping fuselage

I don't understand how to shape the fuselage to be less symmetrical in the height and width parameters.

For example, I start with an Ellipse fuselage geometry and from there I want to modify this shape so that the upper surface has a different height from the lower surface. I am trying to create a very gradual airfoil in the fuselage (not lifting body, just more aerodynamic). 

What parameters do I need to make this happen? is it somewhere in the skinning tab or do I need to choose a different fuselage cross section shape altogether?

I think you can use a General Fuse cross section to change the vertical location of maximum width. That may be what youre looking for
