In my vsp aero analysis of the wing, why is it not stalling even after 90 degrees?

VSPAERO is a potential flow solver which do not consider viscous flow or separation.  The flow will never detach.  You may approximate flow behavior by turning on the stall model under the advanced tab.  I recommend reading up on potential flow, peak lift and stall, and reviewing the numerous posts in this Group on VSPAERO and stall before attempting it though.

I haven't worked with it or tested it...but there is a stall model in vspaero...have you tried it?

Yes, I am getting this after the stall model is set to one in the Advanced tab.
