Rather a curious one, for me at least. On my computer, the modelling works, fine, ish, but as soon as I try to do any simulations in VSPaero, it crashes and closes as soon as I click launch solver. I have another, smaller laptop, which it seems to run on so it's not a huge problem, but it would run a lot quicker on my main computer. I've tried loads but I don't know what could be causing it to crash every time. Is this a relatively common issue?

Nobody will be able to help if you don't post this model.

Also, tell us what version you're running and on what operating system.

Was on 3.48, updated to 3.49 and still crashes and I'm on windows 11. It works on my much less powerful laptop, with the same version and OS.

The model runs perfectly fine on my Windows 11 with 3.49.0.  I'm executing Set_1 as the Thin Set only.

To figure this out, we will need more information.
Is the model saved with _exactly_ the same vspaero and model settings as when the crash happens?
Does changing any particular setting prevent a crash?
Do you see any error messages in the vspaero echo from the GUI?

Yes, that model is the exact same as what I have on this computer. I've varied a lot of the settings to try and prevent it, to no avail. I see no error messages, as soon as I hit launch, the window stops responding, the blue spinny wheel appears and it closes a couple seconds later. Nothing appears in any output logs as far as I can see. For reference, I just reran it with that exact model and it did the exact same thing as usual. At this point it feels like some sort of hardware issue, though I'm unsure what could be wrong hardware-wise to cause it to crash every time. I have an i9-13900HX, 32GB of DDR5 5200mhz ram and an RTX4070 mobile. Could being in only discrete graphics mode (iGPU turned off) cause this? It's basically the only difference I can think of between this computer and my other one.
