P Stability analysis

Hi!

I've run the P stability analysis for my aircraft. It produces different results for Clp, slightly lower as expected. I've attached a comparison of the steady vs unsteady results.

My question is that which one of these should I trust more? The steady or unsteady results? 

For flight dynamics modelling should I combine them somehow? If that is the case then how would I do it? Doesn't the dynamic stability derivative depend on the frequency and amplitude of the oscillation? Where can I find out what frequency and amplitude the unsteady analysis was ran at?

I realize that these questions are more related to aerodynamics rather than VSP itself, but I thought this forum/community is a great place to ask for some help as I am still new to flight dynamic modelling.
