Dihedral changes airfoil thickness

I'm trying to mirror a wing I've created in CAD in VSP and I'm struggling with the inverted winglet. I've attached a CAD screenshot where I've drawn in the local airfoil sections, all of which have -1.5° of twist. 

The inboard winglet section is artificially thickened by VSP if I set the correct dihedral. I'm not sure which setting/mechanic causes this, as far as I can tell this effect is not geometrically forced by anything. I'd appreciate any pointers on how to more accurately model the wing in VSP!

I have some fixes for this stuff that should be rolling out soon. 

I actually have an evaluation copy with the changes up for some people to test, you can download it here...

Some of the options at the bottom of the Wing Plan tab have changed, so check your settings there.
