What is your intended purpose for the geometry in OpenVSP?

"Proper" meaning what, specifically? Are you using VSPAERO to produce loads to apply to a simple beam model? Do you intend to export the OpenVSP geometry to an finite-element structural analysis solver? Is this small UAS scale or for a full-scale aircraft? Are you planning on optimizing the blade for structural loads and need OpenVSP's parametric variables or are you trying to recreate an existing propeller? You have to give us much more information to be able to help you properly. Have a look around the forum to see the level of information and detail we usually expect. You'll find that we aren't going to spend the time to try and answer a question that isn't appropriately defined.
