How do I set the angle of a winglet in the horizontal plane? I'm trying to adjust the twist of the winglet (toe angle at the base and the tip) but whatever I do with the twist it only seems to change in the vertical plane, in the horizontal plane then sections are still in line with the x axis whatever I do. I've attached a file where I've been trying to do this, is there some option I'm not clicking?Screenshot from 2024-08-22 11-39-48.png

There was a need a while back to change how twist and dihedral were lofted along the wings around the time when the new dihedral options were added.  This issue has come up before and it appears that twist is permanently about the span-like direction.  I've not confirmed if this is exactly true but you are right that the twist is no longer relative to the section dihedral i.e., twisting about the local wing section.  A poor work-around is to change the airfoil Theta under Modify to get the toe angle.  This is likely something that will need to be added to the Git Issues to be resolved.

Thank you Brandon, it looks like that Theta setting should work for me, but I've added an Issue here: https://github.com/OpenVSP/OpenVSP/issues/304
