Structures and (FAR23) loads

Hi All

I was wonder if there is a good step by step guide to using vsp aero to generate a load distribution and then making a wing structure mesh with constraints and meterials defined and applying these aeroloads to the structural mesh generated by VSP?

i have a fair bit of experience doing fea using other software packages and im keen to try sizing a structure using VSP.

Did i also read here a while back that someone was working on using VSP AER to generate FAR23 loads for aircraft? im keen to fiind out more
