unstable lateral and directional static stability

to OpenVSP

After making the necessary changes, I was able to get good pitch static stability numbers. But lateral and directional static stability numbers still come unstable. I am not sure what to change, so i am also attaching the vsp file.

Sorry for the repeated trouble, and thanks for your time.
