Rob,

Trying to build OpenVSP 3.45.0 on Fedora 42 and running into some errors with STEPCODE. It is complaining about 'too many arguments' for a couple of different functions (full terminal output attached as text file to not clog up the thread). This is occurring when running make in buildlibs.

Thanks,
Lars

Nothing has changed with the bundled STEPCODE or how it is integrated in the build system.  If you've successfully built OpenVSP before, I would start by looking at a change in your build system.

Things have become very picky around gcc versions lately.  We've had problems for a while with gcc 11 and 12 -- but recently, I added a library that doesn't like gcc 10.  I'm not sure about older gcc than that -- but I recommend you make sure to use 13 or newer.

Rob
