Hello everyone,
Is anyone aware of best practices related to modelling of fuselage surfaces in OpenVSP when size of the fuselage is of dimensions comparable to that of lifting surfaces? (especially when small UAV's are being considered).

You will have to be more specific.  Please post an example of what you are trying to accomplish.  Are you asking how to achieve a particular surface in OpenVSP or what best practices exist, in general, for shaping fuselages for small UAS?

I'll also provide the same warning that I gave a colleague (or at least another user from newspace.co.in).  https://groups.google.com/g/openvsp/c/hZB4fjYlIMo/m/n_0pFcswCAAJ
