VSPAero unable to open files

I'm running OpenVSP 3.11.0 on windows 7 64 bit.

I am getting an error when I try to run VSPAero in panel method. It gives the following messages:

 (0, 0) : ERR  : Nothing was built in the module

ERROR 7: Could not open History file: C:/Users/Jason/Desktop/Tools/OpenVSP/M-2.history

        File: ..\..\..\..\repo_v3\src\geom_core\VSPAEROMgr.cpp  Line:1045

ERROR 7: Could not open Load file: C:/Users/Jason/Desktop/Tools/OpenVSP/M-2.lod

        File: ..\..\..\..\repo_v3\src\geom_core\VSPAEROMgr.cpp  Line:1184

I get this whether I have the vsp model in same folder that the openVSP and VSPAero exe's exist in, or in their own vehicle folders. I'm able to generate mesh (panel) geometry, and I'm using the following setup file:

Any hints on what I'm doing wrong? I assume I'm doing something wrong since no one else seems to have this kind of problem.

That error message is actually an OpenVSP error that happens after
something went wrong with the VSPAERO run -- causing VSPAERO to not
write out the *.history and *.lod files.

If you look at the VSPAERO Console tab, it may give some clues.

Otherwise, if you can post your *.vsp3 file, I can look at it to see
if anything jumps out.

I have a same problem....

while using panel method, VSPAero Stopped

and in console, that error appeared

VSPAero Stopped below stage.

Hello everyone 

Something is wrong.

Sometimes, when I try panel method, OpenVSP suddenly closed with out any message.

But, VLM method still work

Environment is like below
