Hello community,
I am trying to perform wave drag analysis using OpenVSP 3.40.1 VERSION, i encountered the following error; “Error! Ambiguous flow through subsurface detected. I am unsure how to resolve this issue.
I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps that could help resolve this issue. I have attached my vsp3 file for review.

First, you should not use the Wave Drag analysis on a subsonic aircraft -- no matter how high speed.  It is a supersonic only analysis.

Second, the flow-through subsurfaces are for engine inlet / exhaust faces -- i.e. components where the air 'flows through' the airframe.  You've flagged Flaps, Ailerons, Elevator, and Rudder -- I hope these are not flow-through surfaces.

You should go back and watch the video on the Wave Drag analysis from a past OpenVSP Workshop
